TSS works within the Client's specifications to build an optimal personnel profile for Security, this ensures that the team is effective, uniform, aesthetically pleasing and in keeping with the overall image of the site. The team can even be tailored to suit a particular collection or seasonal change. Once the team is put into place, our objective is to make this as permanent as possible (allowing for sickness etc) so as to provide continuity for the running of a smooth operation and building up a rapport and local knowledge of the client base. On commencement of a new contract, TSS Security carries out a Site Survey and Risk Assessment. They are available to advise on any security related issues including alarm systems and placement of CCTV cameras. An area manager is assigned to the client to ensure effective and proficient service delivery. The security team hours would be formatted in a staggered schedule in line with the quiet and busy trading periods to ensure financial efficiency.
