Douglas has over 23 years distinguished policing experience with the Metropolitan Police Service, including many years working in Public disorder, Royalty and Diplomatic protection, Specialist Operations and Security Management roles. For the past 10 years he has worked as a Home office trained, Crime Prevention officer and Crime Prevention Design Advisor within Westminster Borough and has worked to implement many initiatives and establish partnerships with all the major organisation and support agencies. In addition to his significant academic qualifications he has considerable experience as a trainer/facilitator and conflict management consultant having worked extensively within both the public and private sector, delivering targeted training to a multitude of different companies and personnel.
