Gavin Gilbert
Operations Manager
Gavin Gilbert has been in the security industry since 2008.In this short period of time, management have seen Gavin’s career progression from managing some of London’s most prestige and glamorous nightclubs to his recent promotion to Operations Manager in April 2009.
Gavin has trained and successfully attended Clearwater Special projects, the first company in the UK to be legally recognised by the Security Industry authority in the training and development of Close Protection Operatives. Gavin holds a BTEC Level 3 qualification in Protective Security.He is fully qualified and a licensed operative in the Close Protection/Body guarding sector of the SIA.
Previous to joining TSS Security, Gavin served 4 years as a Benefit Fraud Investigator employed by the Department of Work and Pensions. At the height of his position as a Higher Executive Officer, he was actively involved in investigations and worked closely with the Metropolitan Police leading to the conviction of many benefit fraudulent claimants.
