Credit Control Manager

Luke joined the TSS family in August 2011 after moving to London from Norwich. Luke is new to the security industry however; his cheerful and enthusiastic approach to his role and willingness to learn has ensured that he has settled in and familiarised himself with the industry and its processes within a very short period of time.

His current Job title is Credit Control Manager which involves the monitoring and governing of our sales ledger, and liaising with our clients on a regular basis to ensure that all invoices are paid in a timely manner and any debts on the ledger are kept to a minimum at all times. Luke also manages a number of different internal projects across the company.

Prior to joining TSS, Luke has gathered over 5 years of strong financial experience including working as a credit controller for a national blue chip media company and also has a strong background in training and development, working in roles such as Training Manager for the branch of a large UK based retailer and more recently volunteered as a Project Management Trainer, teaching PRINCE2 to small classes of candidates. Luke uses his financial experience and his knowledge of project management to further develop the company’s systems and processes on a regular basis. Luke is also highly skilled in the use of various pieces of Microsoft software and has used his skills to revolutionise our financial and credit reporting structure. Luke has also spent several years of his life living in Norway where he learned to speak fluent Norwegian at an early age. His experience and understanding of different cultures and languages has made Luke a well suited addition to our team.

Luke’s hobbies include singing, song writing and playing guitar for a number of bands. He also enjoys socialising, sports, travelling and scuba diving.
