Miguel has been involved in the security industry for the last 12 years working in a wide variety of retail venues finally specialising in the leisure industry. He has considerable expertise in the night-time economy having worked at most of London’s high end night clubs. He has managed a number of TSS security’s prestigious contracts becoming part of the TSS operational management team in 2008.

He specialises within the management team on Operational delivery and problem solving and is the company’s liaison and vetting officer with the Security Industry Authority. He is highly regarded within the industry and his experience, innovative ideas and unstoppable enthusiasm are an asset to a company which highly values his work ethics.

Miguel, originally from Madeira, emigrated to Britain from South Africa in 1998, to pursue his interests in sport. He has recently become a father and balances his home life with studying for a Diploma in Security Management at the Security Institute(Syl).
