Soraya Neil

Finance & Protocol Director
Soraya Neil is a Co-Founder of TSS Security UK. Her role is Finance and Policy Director. Soraya has been involved in the Private Security Industry since 1997, having initially trained as a Door Supervisor. Her vision for the security industry has always been focused on the developing and implementing of systems aimed at Conflict Management, Customer Service, Consumer Orientation and Sound Business Controls.

Soraya completed a business degree and has a varied employment background, having accomplished numerous successful business ventures both abroad and in the UK. In 1988 she opened her own licensed premises in Amsterdam in partnership with a Dutch investor. She owner managed this nightclub until 1992, after which she returned to live in the UK. Between 1992 and 1998 she was involved part-time in the Music Industry, assisting in the launching of new bands, organising promotional tours and generally providing independent PR skills to various companies associated with Band Management and Music Publishing.

Soraya’s role within the company is focused on all policy procedures and protocol matters. She is responsible for developing and implementing all the procedural systems within the company, including Employment procedures, Client procedures, conflict management and Quality Control Systems. Her focus is on delivering a Service Orientated Process which encompasses an ongoing evaluation of a developing industry, and therefore incorporates the recommendations of many Security Industry related standards, as well as regular client monitoring feedback and on-going training for Security Operatives. During her employment, there has been a continuous flow of positive feedback from the ever increasing client base and an increasing level of safety and professionalism reflected in the procedures applied throughout all levels of the services offered to our clients.

Soraya has introduced a series of protocols, policies and best practice guide lines which have reflected our aim to present the security industry in a corporate environment, whilst raising our company profile with associated organisations, such as the Police and Local Authorities. In addition to this, Soraya has introduced a programme of on going training which was founded with a view to recognise the skills required to manage conflict in a professional manner in order to create a safe environment in which licensed premises, their staff and all security operatives can carry out their duties without the threat of violent confrontation. This ethos has been the leading factor in our continuous and successful growth.

Along side this, she is also responsible for managing our invoicing, wages and credit control systems, ensuring that our financial structures are based on financial fluidity and enabling us to grow slowly and steadily in a financially responsible manner.
