Terry Neil

Managing Director
Terry Neil is the Managing Director of TSS Security UK. Terry has been involved in the Private Security Industry since 1986. Having been introduced to the industry at ground level, he gained experience in all aspects relating to the night time economy, risk reduction, loss control, personal protection, crowd control and security service delivery.

In 2002 his focus turned to the development of TSS Security UK as an undertaking to create a corporate, community focused and service orientated approach to the Private Security Industry. His aim was to combine his skills in business development, security operations and client driven systems to bring together an innovative and professional family of security professionals that could address an identified niche in the market of Security Service Provision.

Terry’s youth saw him being recruited as a junior football player for Brentford FC. This was combined with an extensive interest in Martial Arts, which saw him compete on a professional level, culminating in a British Title Bout. His expertise in Martial Arts also lead him to the development and training of nationally recognised defence techniques.

Terry’s vision for TSS Security UK has always been based on the delivery of excellence, the understanding of risk and conflict, the drive to bring together the extended police family and the creation of a customer lead and service orientated delivery of security services.
