Vernis Miller initially joined the TSS Family in 2004 as a Professional Door Supervisor. She has complimented many security teams at a variety of venues in various roles. Her understanding of human nature and the complexities of conflict resolution and interaction have stood her in great credit whilst she progressed through various ranks of Door Supervision.

Vernis was promoted to Head Office three years ago and consistently developed her role as systems administrator. Her main role is Quality Control, which involves everything from recruitment to policy development. She is by nature enigmatic and industrious, which is reflected in her day-to-day approach to all her duties.

Her understanding of the Private Security Industry is outstanding and her ability to initiate appropriate systems to embrace new legislation and keep TSS at the forefront of our industry is second to none. She has a systematic approach that removes the threat of human error and replaces it instead with excellence and professionalism.

She is a valued asset of the TSS Family, and often steps into a variety of roles at our client’s sites in order to monitor and report on our ground level service delivery.
